Cosmic Awareness: Work of the Devil?
Cosmic Awareness Communications certainly gets a lot of fundamentalist Christian hate mail stating that anyone who reads this stuff will go to Hell. If anyone who believes the Bible is the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth is still reading this, this information is for you.
Cosmic Awareness has stated that the inhabitants of the earth have existed for some 30 million years and that the earth itself is more than 3 billion years old. The Bible and its stories are less than 6,000 years old. The compilation of those stories are less than 2,000 years old, taken from various texts, written by various priests from different religious sources of the time.
Here is an exercise: Chart a map of increments, tracing the existence of human life by making 30 lines on a sheet of paper, each being a million years in duration. On the last line, mark off proportionally 6,000 years. The 6,000 year mark on a line, the last million years, is nothing but a dot. Ask yourself: "Could all of the Truth of human existence actually be expressed in a book that was written and held for that brief duration?" Yet, some people assume that everything that has ever been said, or everything that can possibly be said, in terms of truth, is expressed in that tiny dot, and there can be no other interpretation of truth, for that dot, that period, is the final word on everything in the Universe. This is pretty naive.
The importance of spiritual teachings is the "spirit" of what is being conveyed rather than some personality cult. The concept of self-righteousness and judgment against others, hostility, wars, violence, condemnation -- these are ways of error, according to Cosmic Awareness.
Those who follow these ways of judging, pointing fingers, attributing devils to others who are looking for truth, examining, questioning are in error. Those who set themselves up as some sort of supreme judge will one day find themselves being judged by themselves for their own condemnations.
The purpose of Cosmic Awareness in communicating with you is to change the feeling that your "God" and your own personal Divine teacher -- whether Jesus, Mohammed, Krishna, Buddha, or whatever name -- are "out there" somewhere, and that there is some sort of separation between yourself and your deity.
Cosmic Awareness wants you to realize that the Christ is within, Krishna is within, Buddha is within, Brahma is within, God is within, the Kingdom of Heaven is within, your guardian angels are within. Cosmic Awareness is within each of you.
You need to understand that as long as you kneel before a crucifixion, as long as you project the concept of your Christ being "out there" somewhere, suffering for you, they are missing the point of the actual teachings of the Christ and the entire purpose of the crucifixion and Passion Play.
The action of the Christ, moving into the physical body of the man Jesus, was designed to bring about a realization that there is no need for separation between the human being and the "Father in Heaven." The teachings of Jesus were such that it was said: "I and the Father are One."
The action of the Christ entering into the physical body of the man Jesus, Krishna entering into the physical body of the followers, the entire concept of the Christ, of Messiahs, and the purpose of these actions is to inform you that consciousness, the Christ Consciousness, the Crystal Clarity, the Cosmic Awareness levels of consciousness are at your own disposal. Anyone can do it.
All that is necessary is to lay aside the mind, the rational thinking mind, symbolized as Lucifer, which assumes to know but does not have true wisdom.
The Crystal Clear Consciousness is all around you. You can attune yourself to this consciousness. And when this occurs, the Christ Consciousness enters you.
When you understand that the Christ is waiting within you, and that you may open your door and allow that Christ consciousness to become one with you, then you will understand the meaning of "The Second Coming" and then your eyes shall see the Christ.
The teachings of Jesus were that "every eye shall see him" when He returns. This was the Christ Consciousness speaking through the body of the entity Jesus. When you become open to the Christ Consciousness, indeed, every eye shall see this Christ, this Crystal Clear Consciousness as it returns in its "Second Coming."
The majority of people on earth prefer not to take responsibility for their own actions and prefer to think in terms of "forces" above and below themselves. They prefer not to think that they are one with the Creator. They prefer to think that they are separate from God, separate from the Christ, separate from the creative forces. They prefer to think that they are apart from the Christ and must struggle in some way to be blessed by the Christ. They prefer to think that they are apart from God and must struggle in some way to be a part of God. Or they prefer to wallow in the concept of being a "sinner," of being in error, so that they can somehow improve themselves.
Cosmic Awareness asks us not to judge ourselves, not to deny ourselves, not to compare ourselves with others, but to love ourselves, and to love others above yourself. Cosmic Awareness asks us to communicate with one another as though we were addressing true gods. For within each of us there is the Christ, there is the God, there is the Divine Force.
Those who wish to assume that Christ and God and Divine Force are somewhere "above" themselves, are also inclined to assume that they are progressing "up" a spiritual path toward these Divine Forces, and that others are far below them. And these people tend to point to those below themselves and say that they are "sinners" that they are of the "Devil."
Those who enjoy thinking that they have the only answers are simply involved in furthering their own ego trips through the excuse that they are claiming to be "the Chosen Ones" of the only God, the only Truth.
There are many books of authority within the world today. The Bible does have much truth in it, but the Bible is also a collection of many different writings by many different people who held small portions of truth. The works of the Vedic and Sanskrit writers and the works of certain religious groups all over the world also contain much truth.
It is not only foolish, it is also extremely petty for someone to think that by reading one book -- because you have been told it is "The Book" -- that they have the whole truth and that everyone else is wrong.
The Bible itself is full of threats and curses, written by priests who curse those who dare change their writing. Throughout the Bible, there are curses and promises, curses and promises, "Do what I say and you shall be rewarded, fail what I say and you shall be damned forever." Cosmic Awareness has told us that these curses and promises are not the will of Cosmic Awareness even though they claim to be from a Divine source.
Those who cannot move beyond their own limitations and become hypnotized by their own belief system are simply caught on a rung of the ladder and are not progressing. Even though they may look around at others and point fingers of condemnation, they still they have not learned "the Truth," which is that "Truth" is in constant motion; "Truth" is constantly changing; and "Truth" is different, depending on which viewpoint you are looking at it from.
The Bible was not written by the pen of God. The Bible was written by priests and men who interpreted the laws which they felt were universal, and who told stories which they felt were symbolic and meaningful. Any story taken too literally, with an entire lifestyle is based around it, and anyone who is willing to kill and slaughter in order to live by that story, is in grave error.
If you read the Bible for what it is, you can find great wisdom there and the answers to many questions. But you are in grave error if you are willing to slaughter others in order to stick to a particular point which is written in the Bible, in a particular verse, by a particular person who lived three or four thousand years ago. And make no mistake about it: there have been many, many people killed because of fanatical interpretation and application of Biblical verses.
The Old Testament was written for the Age of Aries. The New Testament was written for the Age of Pisces. Now it is time for new writing and a new form of understanding to occur. The old ways were based on form, the new ways are based on understanding and realization that each individual person has the opportunity to become one with God, one with the Father.
Cosmic Awareness brings to us not only a psychology, but a sociology and a way of looking at history and the mystery of life. It brings forth a deeper understanding of yourself and of your consciousness.
This can be called religion. It can be called cosmic science. It can be called by any name. Categorization is not necessary. But if you wish to put Cosmic Awareness and Its messages into some sort of category, that is your own choice.
Cosmic Awareness is not going "against" the Bible. It is not a "false prophet," and in fact, It is not professing to be a prophet at all. The Interpreter is simply expressing what is seen when he contacts this level of Cosmic Awareness.
Cosmic Awareness asks that we not believe anything that is given to us by Cosmic Awareness. But if you do care to listen and look, there is information that can help you discover the nature of your own being. And as you look, you may discover an area within your own psyche that is aware of the "spirit" and has nothing to do with thought, concepts, ideas or beliefs. And when you become aware of that, you may wish to share it with others. In this manner, you can become an interpreter of Cosmic Awareness yourself, just as Jesus the Christ was.
Anyone can do it. Look within yourself and seek the voice of silence. No one else can give you the Truth. Others can only point the way. It is for you to find your own source.
